CakeXY offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked.

3. Refund Eligibility

4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. No refunds will be issued for partial months after the initial 7-day period.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or account credit.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action. We will attempt to resolve any issues without resorting to chargebacks.
7. Renewal Cancellation
Subscriptions that renew after the initial 7-day guarantee period are not eligible for refunds based on this policy. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
